Rules of using the www.amica.ro website

1. Preliminary provisions
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (the "T&C's") define the general conditions of use for the website http://www.amica.com.pl (the "Website") run by Amica Wronki S.A. based in Wronki at ul. Mickiewicza 52 (post code 64-510 Wronki), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 0000017514, with share capital of 15,550,546 PLN, paid in full, using the tax ID number (NIP) 763-000-34-98 (the "Company").
1.2. Using the Website implies acceptance of the provisions of the T&C's.
1.3. The Website must not be used in a manner which contradicts or is inconsistent with the applicable legislation, the present T&C's or general decency, and in particular it is prohibited to provide illegal content.
 
2. Copyright and other rights from intangible goods
2.1. By sending to the Company any material via the Website or email, the user declares that it does not violate the rights of third parties or good practices, and that he allows the Company to publish it on the Website, send it by email or print it.
2.2. All Company's right to the Website are reserved. Further distribution of material included on the Website is prohibited unless specific material is clearly marked otherwise. It is prohibited to remove information about copyright or other rights on intangible goods such as, for example, the rights to trademarks.
 
3. Personal data
3.1. Use of certain functions of the Website requires personal data to be provided or additional registration by the user by setting up an account (the "Account"). In the event of changes to the personal data given, the user is obliged to inform the Company of those changes, including updating them on the Website.
3.2. The Company administrates the personal data of users of the Website processed in order to run the Website. Owner of the personal data may express additional, voluntary consent for the data to be processed by the Company or other entities for marketing and advertising purposes, and also to receive commercial information by email.
3.3. Owner of the personal data is entitled to access the data and to correct it, and in the situations mentioned in art. 23 para. 1 pt. 4 and 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act to submit a written motivated request to cease processing the data due to his specific situation, and to submit an objection to the processing of the data if the data administrator intends to process it for marketing purposes or with regard to the personal data being passed on to another data administrator.
 
4. Technical requirements
4.1. Use of the Website requires the following technical requirements to be met:
a) Web browser IE7+ Firefox 3.5 +, Chrome 5 + Opera 11 +,
b) Operating systems MS Windows, Mac OS X,
c) Activated JavaScript service, plugin Adobe FlashPlayer version 9+.
 
5. Complaints
5.1. In the event of any queries or doubts regarding the terms and conditions of using the Website, the user is requested to contact us at the following address: kontakt@amica.com.pl.
5.2. Users of the Website are entitled to submit complaints in writing in matters regarding use of the Website, by registered letter to: MindChili, ul. Sztabowa 89/5, 53-313Wrocław, no later than 30 days from the date of the circumstances subject to the claim arising. 
5.3. A properly submitted claim should include at least the following information: 
a) the User's personal data (including full name, postal and email addresses and, in the case of legal persons and other entities, the name, postal address and data of a person authorised to conduct matters connected with the complaint submitted); 
b) a description of the problem upon which the complaint is based.
5.4. The Company considers complaints within 14 days of receipt. The Company immediately informs the person submitting the complaint of the result at the address given when reporting it. 
5.5. Complaints are not subject to consideration if they do not contain any of the data mentioned in para. 5.2 above or are submitted after the time stipulated in para. 5.1.
 
6. Exclusions and limitations
6.1. The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the Website is correct and reliable. However, all information published on the Website is intended exclusively as a general guidance and, in the event of any doubt, does not constitute a binding offer as understood by the provisions of the civil code. The Company reserves the right to change the information published on the Website, in full or in part, at any time.
6.2. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of the information presented on the Website, or its consistency with the actual facts. In particular, despite making every effort the Company cannot ensure that the colours in photographs presented on the Website are accurate, as their display depends on factors including the settings of the monitor and its resolution.
6.3. The Company attempts to ensure that the Website is available via various configurations of software and hardware available on the market. However, the Company does not guarantee that every such combination will enable use of the Website. In addition, use of all or part of the Website may require specific configurations of software or hardware.
6.4. The Company declares that use of electronic means of communication such as the Website or email does not guarantee the confidentiality of data sent or the absence of other threats such as computer viruses.
